She got an automatic update on May 29 with the new 1.5 ,

Yea your right. I think I was thinking back on some other developer’s video on his new version of “cupcake”. You know the hack for root users? Sorry I just mixed them up. The transitions were a bbit different

I got cupcake (android 1.5) last night sometime, I had the update message when I awoke at 5am. I must say that it seems a bit different than the videos I’ve seen. Its no way to control the animation speed, the screen rotation does not work in all 4 directions, the home sceen does not auto rotate, & the blur effect is used when screen rotates instead of the zoom out/zoom in animation I saw in videos. The UI does look alot more polished but im no so sure I like the changes to call log. It cuts off the last 2 digits of the phone number if an area code is used. But over all I like it
