From a MALE point of view this is the best commercial ever, although I feel the nudity was purely gratuitous but perhaps needed for the “shock” factor.

If targeting the male demographic, which I feel is where Android is heavily skewed, then this could be applied as underground marketing for Android phones to take them over the top past the iPhone.

Michael Arrington at TechCrunch pointed this video out as its from a Danish eCommerce site Flaggard and surprisingly its about selling a Siemens (no pun intended) washing machine.

If anything this commercial could be paralleled by the nearby Finnish Nokia owned Symbian as a desperation play to get their brand out there since they are FAR behind the mobile operating system curve.

Else I see Symbian going the way of BETA for VCRs as Android is appearing to be the VHS.
