Android Network Awards 2009 & Android Guys Podcast

Posted on Jul 15, 2009 by Michael Martin PMP in Applications, Developers | 7 Comments

GoogleAndBlog and the other top Android sites have collaborated in forming and announcing the first Android Network Awards for 2009.

The purpose of ANA 2009 is to award and promote the top Android apps as we seek to define the categories and involve our readers in selecting the nominees as well the ultimate winners.

I was with Andrew Kameka of Androidnica along with host Scott Webster on the AndroidGuys Podcast on Tuesday July 14th to publicly announce the formation of ANA 2009 as well discussing the latest Android news and opinions.

The other sites currently involved include AndroidAndMe & AndroidTapp

Have been playing with Voice Text that I just purchased and installed today ($1.29). Allows you to replace your input method from keyboard to voice. Uses the same voice tool as on the android google home screen.
